When Gina Wesley, O.D., M.S., F.A.A.O., graduated from the Ohio State University College of Optometry of 2006, she expected to go into private practice, She just wasn't sure where to turn. "I didn't have any other family member or benefactor that helped me; I don't come from a family of optometrists. I didn't have any sort of great deal when it came to my lease or my building," she says. "I just plain did it on my own."

Dr. Wesley has been on the lookout for opportunities and she's made the most of the ones that came her way. That's true even of starting the practice. Local Girl Scout Troop #12945 from St. Bart's visited Dr. Wesley at Complete Eye Care of Medina

As part of earning the merit badge for "Vision Awareness." The girls toured the office and watched Dr. Wesley perform an eye exam as she explained each part to them.
